Cruise Port
Arriving to the cruise ship. Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing. All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.
Departing the cruise ship. There are separate staging and active loading areas at the cruise ports. Therefore you must call our office when everyone have cleared the ship, collected their luggage, exited the building and are ready to be boarded. Then we will dispatch the vehicle to pick you up. Waiting is not permitted in the active loading zone for commercial vehicles.
Recommended pick-up time at the port for departure:
8:30am – 9:30am for Disney and 9:00am – 10:00am for other cruise ships.
